Egg Cups

Ingredients

1 Large wrap (cut into 4)

1 piece of short cut bacon diced

3 eggs wisk

Vegetables of choice

(I used tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach

Salt and pepper


Pre-heat oven to 160c

Grease a large muffin tin with butter or oil

Place cut wraps into muffin tin

Place bacon and vegetables on top of wraps

Pour over eggs

Place into the oven for around 20 minutes or until cooked through.
