Savoury Mince


This is the most basic recipe. It's the perfect source of protein, great for meal prepping and it take only 30 minutes to make.


Ingredients


500g Extra Lean Mince

1/4 cup coconut aminos

2 Cup frozen veggies

1 Bag Frozen Spinach

2 tablespoons nutraorganic vegetable broth

2 tablespoon mingles Herb and garlic


In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add in mince and get rid of all the lumps.

Add in broth and herb and garlic season and mix through.

Add in all the frozen veggies and spinach and mix until defrosted. Add in coconut aminos and around 1/3 cup water.


Let simmer for 10mins.


Enjoy with rice and extra vegetables
