Energy Seed Balls

Lunch box friendly.


Ingredients

1/2 cup pumkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

12 Medjool dates (pips removed)

4 serves of chocolate protein (I used ATP science nowhay)

1 cup desiccated coconut (extra 3 tbs to roll balls in)

2 Tbs maple syrup.

1 tbs water.


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it starts to stick to the sides, you might need some more water BUT don't add to much. Blending should take around 3 minutes.

Roll in to tablespoon size balls and roll into coconut.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.


Makes around 28 balls.
