Roast Potatoes

Who doesn't love a good roast potato, it's the perfect carb to add to any meal!


I like to use both sweet potato and white potato.


Make sure you pre heat the oven before you put the potatoes in!


Ingredients

Potatoes of your choice.

EVVO

Salt



Preheat oven to 190°

Cut and peel potatoes I like to leave the skin on. Give them a good wash if you are keeping the skin on. Cut potatoes as you like, chip shape or cube shape.


Please in a large bowl and drizzle EVVO over the top

Place on an oven tray and make sure they are spread out.

Place in the over for around 40/45 minute and until golden brown

Remove from oven and salt straight away.


Use as much salt as you wish, you can also add fresh or dry rose merry.
