Quick Oats

Easy, fast and yum


Serves 1


Ingredients

1/2 cup of quick oats

1 scoop of protein powder

1 tbs Honey

Splash of milk


Berrie to serves



Add oats into a bowl with protein powder,

Top with boiled water and let sit for 5 minutes,

Mix in honey and milk and top with berries.



If you need more carbohydrates you can add more oats into this.
