Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 Banana

2 tbs Coconut Flour

1 scoop of protein powder (I use vanilla ATP Science Nowhey)


It will make 3 to 4 pancakes.


Cook in a little bit of butter over medium heat, cook until small bubbles form, and flip.

Enjoy on their own or with a topping of choice.
