Protein Chocolate Rice Treats


3 Scoops of chocolate protein powder

160g of melted chocolate

60g of shredded coconut

4 thin rice cakes crumbled

Place protein powder, melted chocolate, rice cakes and 1/2 the coconut into a bowl and mix well.

Place on a tray with baking paper, flatten out and then sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top.

Place in the fridge until set hard!

Cut into squares and don't eat it all at once!!
