Moroccan Beef

This recipe needs a pressure cooker or you could use a slow cooker.



Ingredients


800g rump steak diced

1 onion (diced)

3 field mushrooms (diced)

3 white potato’s (diced)

2 carrots (diced)

1 can tin tomato

1 tbs mingle seasoning garlic and herb

3 Tbs mingle seasoning Moroccan seasoning

2 tbs Nutraorganics vegetable broth


In the pressure cooker brown onion, mushrooms and beef. Once browned add all seasonings and vegetables then turn the pressure cooker on and cook for 25 minutes.

Serve with greens and rice.

You could do this in the slow cooker on low for around 8 hours or high for around 4 hours.
