Mexican Mince

Ingredients


500g lean beef mince

1 Tbs EVOO

1 Onion (diced)

2 Carrots (grated)

1 Tbs Mingles Mexican seasoning

1 400g Leggos passata

1/4 cup water

Salt and pepper to taste


Over medium heat in a pan, add EVVO to pan then add in onion and cook for around 2 minutes, until soft.

Add carrot and mince and cook until mince has browned.

Add in seasoning, crushed tomato’s and water.

Let simmer for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
