Gluten Free Crumbed Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa flacks

1/2 Tbs Salt

1 Tbs Mingles Herb and Garlic seasoning

1 Egg

2 Chicken breast


Method

Crack egg into bowl and whisk with a fork, place to the side

In a large bowl mix quinoa, salt and seasoning together

Cut up chicken breast to the way you like. You can cut them in half or into strips.

Dip Chicken into egg mix then into flack mix and step aside until all the chicken in covered. Mix up more in need be.


Air Fryer method

Place chicken in one laying in the air fryer. Set it for 8 minutes at 195. Repeat until all your chicken is cooked.


Frypan

Place a small amount of EVVO in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on each side and cooked through.


Enjoy with a salad or on its own.
