Chocolate banana smoothie is my fav. I've used this one for years and it never gets old. It's the perfect snack or afternoon pick me up.
Ingredients
1 scoop of Chocolate protein powder*
1 frozen banana or around 3/4 cup of frozen banana
Handful of spinach
1 tbs peanut butter
200 mls milk of choice*
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy.
* I use ATP Science Chocolate Nowhay protein
*Almond milk, oat milk or rice milk work really well.
Don't be afraid of adding in more spinach, you can not taste it at all.
