Gluten Free Chicken Burger Patties

Ingredients


Quinoa flakes

Salt


500g chicken mince

2 Tablespoons of Nutraorganics vegetable broth

1 Tablespoon Mingles all-purpose seasoning

EVOO for cooking


Place quinoa flakes and salt in a large bowl, start with around 1/2 cup but you might need more.

Place chicken in a large bowl with veggie broth and seasoning. Mix together with your hands. Using a large spoon scoop chicken mix into the bowl of quinoa flakes, using your hands to cover chicken in the flakes, make it into a patty shape, and place on a plate.

Repeat until all the chicken is used and covered in flakes.


In a medium pan with EEVO over medium heat place your patties in and cook until golden brown on each side and cooked through.


Enjoy on their own with a salad or have in a burger!
